friday night/saturday morning at around 3 marie called me and we talked for like an hour. im really glad she called me, but it reminded me exactly of how much i miss her.
russian river was fun, but its starting to set in, this whole college thing. for instance, me ryan greg evan and nika probably wont go to nikas cabin at the russian river all together for a very very long time, if not ever again. its only a matter of time before it completely becomes clear to me that my friends are scattered and i just get really upset. i suppose ill make new friends but im afraid ill forget the old.
i get my new notebook tomorrow, everytime i get a new "big time" electronic device (ipod, gaming system, camera-something, etc) i treat it like im getting a son or daughter, like its one of the happiest days on my life. yeah thats me.
oh yeah this is my last livejournal entry. ta-ta

i finally got a new cell phone, its a good one. if you have verizon text me or video text me and ill glady do the same back or something. if you have cingular ill consider it first, as how i have only 50 messages for non verizon users.everyone should get verizon because it has better coverage than cingular, and when you get verizon get a picture phone. COOL!!
anyway that was plenty exciting for the whole day. im in hmb for the night.thats it i guess. |

so yesterday, monday, i went to the san mateo fair with greg nika charley marie carrie brian jen and maureen. it was pretty fun, smash mouth played and they were awful, it was hilarious.
then i dropped off greg and charley and id meet with them later. then i dropped off marie at home and said goodbye cause shes leaving today(tuesday). then i started feeling really upset, and still am.
then i met with ryan charley and greg at gregs to get stuff together to take to evans. we got everything together(computers etc) and headed here to sf and had a lan party at evans place. it was/is fun, played a ton of unreal and stuff.
its tuesday morning and were all sitting around on our computers doing nothing. i dunno what were gonna do today, itll seem a lot less appealing to me with one less person around. |

i worked today, hella kids cried like they have been for the past few days.
then i went home and played lotr third age
then colin came over
then i showered
then i went to colins and watched him play WoW
then i had dinner with the delahantys
then i went to colleen and marys and saw them and nat and we talked
then i came home and here i am on the computer |

so people came over to hmb last night, greg ryan saleh charley marie carrie and colin to be exact. we hung out, played hide and seek while dj sammy blasted in the background, watched american history x, went in the jaccuzzi, ate, watched carrie eat/stuff her face, watched ryan pour all his ramen broth every except inside his glass, screamed, iron chef, and a little of this and most of that.
then i worked today after dropping everyone off at home. work was alright i get tomorrow and sunday free until i have to do it all again this coming week mon-fri, but then thats definitely it for the summer.
i got my haircut after work today also. its interesting, with me longer hair makes me look more like a man but when i get it cut i look a little bit more feminant. i think its just in my head and long hair is just my standard now, but at any rate its sorta bizzare. |

so i had work today. its not too bad actually, i mean after the first week of whatever job i have, i usually realize...its work. but its a good job and it keeps me outdoors and im getting a pretty good pay and if i really put energy into it its almost like im working out and so forth with all the running around and playing sports i do with the kids. but the fact of the matter is i dont put the energy into it, im nice and they have fun from what i can tell, but i honestly just do a half assed job and try and get through the day/afternoon without blowing up at them. there i said it, half assed.
so im finishing this week, working next week from 9-1, and im done with skyhawks until next summer if not forever. one week of pure summer fun before college starts. boo yah.
also,the director of my campy this week just graduated ucsc and majored in digital film studies. whats more it hes also applying/shooting for all the video game companies EXACTLY how i plan on when im out in four years. bottom line is hes cool and the only one ive met who has the same plan as me post college. yeye
went to carries after going to the bank and getting gas and showering of course. apparently her place was where ice cream making was taking place. --correction-- material purchasing eventually took place soonafetr i arrived-- and when i say purchasing i mean me paying for half the ingredients because HALF of my friends are deadbeats and will never pay me back. but of course im made of fucking money so no skin off their nose, riiiiight?. whats worse is ryan paid immediately and didnt get any today, he'll be lucky if its there in a couple days. dessert in the household of carrie untouched? dont bet on it.
almost dropped the f word on my sister today(for the first time ever i might add) but i didnt, so its not too horrible even though my mom was steamed. coming close DID make me feel bad even though she deserved it... cest la vie.
three things i just decided while typing this lovely entry:
_a lot of things that are said which come across my ears are just empty.
_i like all of my friends for different reasons, but what i dislike is how those reasons can lower my friendliness towards them at the same time.
_i cant wait till i get my brand new phone on verizon. cant wait. |

so today the gilroy garlic festival plans never happened becaus eof many reasons.
a. if one person in my group of friends doesnt go to something they originally said they would all other friends follow suit. quite lame
b. driving would take near 3 hours because of traffic, unless you leave at 7 which is not happening obviously. pretty lame
c.the train ride to gilroy cost 16 dollars roadtrip... for one person...this is how do you say.. eaaaaauuu... lame?
BUT!! that didnt ruin the day for marie carrie and travis. fuck no it didnt. this trio had a nice time going to northbeach for the jazz festival at washington park, as well as walking up and down chinatown for countless hours. after spending most of the afternoon doing this they proceeded to haight street for the remainder of the day.
a tiring day, but a helluva lot better than sitting at home doing so little on a nice day.

so i woke up at 11 and went on a quick run after a little(little) weightlifting/exercising. it felt really good taking a freezing cold shower after all of it, really good.
anyway eventually saw march of the penguins with carrie and mer, it was pretty good, very interesting, but the life of a penguin really sucks.
way mor einto the evening we all got together with jen and the rest of the guys and went to the windharp which was alright, not too windy though so it was a bit of a letdown. |
